Hello! Welcome to my website! My name is Alex Berg and I make author dolls. I am a professional artist and have been making author dolls and toys for 20 years. My workshop is located in Vicenza, Italy. Since my childhood I loved to draw and make dolls, then I graduated from the school of academic drawing. But at some point the desire to create dolls took all my time. I still paint pictures, my favorite style is oil. As for author’s dolls, I work in different techniques. I mold polymer clay dolls, sew author’s toys in teddy style, make portrait dolls to order. For the last 7 years I have been working mostly with customization of dolls from such doll brands as Pullip, Blythe, Monster High, Gotz, Paola Reina, Ruby Red, Yella Dolls, Barbie and other collectible and BJD dolls. All accessories, outfits, hairstyles, wigs, makeup are made by myself. My dolls are in collections all over the world. Also, I make no secret of my skills and am willing to share my experience with anyone who wants to start making dolls.
